This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for TrimAndGo subscriptions.
Free trial
New workspaces may start with a 7-day free trial. If you do not want to continue, contact us before paid billing starts.
Monthly subscriptions
TrimAndGo subscriptions are billed monthly. You can request cancellation at any time, and cancellation will stop future billing.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days of the charge through the contact page. We review refund requests individually and may approve refunds for accidental charges, duplicate charges, or service access issues.
Non-refundable situations
Payments are generally non-refundable after active use of the paid service for the billing period, except where required by law or approved by TrimAndGo support.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank or card processing times may vary.
