These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TrimAndGo, a barbershop booking and business management service available at trimandgo.com.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate signup information and keep your login details secure. Trial workspaces require email verification before the workspace is created.

2. Service use

TrimAndGo may be used to manage barber profiles, clients, services, appointment bookings, and related business information. You are responsible for the information you enter and for your staff's use of the workspace.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly according to the pricing shown on the pricing page. Salon pricing may vary based on the number of barber seats enabled for the business.

4. Trials

New users may receive a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, access may be limited until a paid subscription is activated.

5. Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting TrimAndGo through the contact page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use TrimAndGo for spam, fraudulent activity, illegal activity, attempts to disrupt the service, or unauthorized access to another account or business workspace.

7. Availability

We work to keep TrimAndGo reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of TrimAndGo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
